this question was thrown at us in one of our agency team meeting. the answer mostly is the rewards of course -- this can be monetary, the frequent paid-for overseas trips and the recognition.

i thought about it, searching for that motivating factor that lead me to this mid-life career change.

... the flexibility, works best only with discipline. the advisor status, knowledge is the key and in doing so, i have start reading up on books that are great bed time snoozers. *haha. i found out from a senior advisor on what mades up for a top producers. its because they are lucky than anyone else. how is that been define --> constant hard work + a variable of prospecting activities = luck... having this 2 factors, any one can be lucky...

so back to what motivates me?

I want to become lucky in order to travel round the world while gaining worldwide recognition and creating a brand image that is individually unique of me! such rewarding career, where to find :p
