received from buyer the option to exercise fee, which is like the 'freelook' period in insurance terms... so buyer has confirmed her interest to taking offer of my beautiful flat :)
next, need to think how to settle the stuff that has built over the time that i've stayed here... its amazing that how i first moved out with like 6 carton box of stuff seems to be more than overflowing the then 6 carton box! its time for a major spring cleaning and clear stuff and sell or ebay
so who needs what let me know, things i have as can be seen in the pix range from 1 to 4 years old all well maintained.
