I've been kicked out of the eligibility league to join the ballot queue for the BTO BECAUSE I'm short of 1 year to the 5 year time bar under the HDB requirement to get new flat for divorcee

As of 3 Sept Demand over Supply for 4-room is 1331/284!!!!! OMG this is more than 400% overdemand for rooms available!
Other than this there's other factors pointing me in the direction that is not favourable to me *sad~
Anyway, I'm sure God has better plans for me! Amen!

The BTO at bukit panjang was finally announce this morning in the major local press! But I have already got first hand info from the e-alert via the HDB services yesterday and also through a colleague when i met her... I was so excited that I was surfing online for more info on the new development all day long yesterday, I have even applied via the e-service application. And of course, to visit the HDB Hub to clarify matters/queries/etc which i did it today..^-^
Early this morning, a friend sms me, than my mum called and finally another MMS from another friend... all methods of communciations ie. e-mail, website, sms, phone, mms, word-of-mouth, worked on me except the traditional newsprint and the TVnews as of now while bloggin away are the only ones i've missed. haha...
So are traditional method of mass communication loosing its edge to the new media?
3 out of the 5 message delivery method has got their info from traditional mode while the other 2 are the new age ones.. so if a campaign is to be successful, traditional mass media still works best and this is base on my this so not scienticfic research result. heehee...
